Beloved,

I’m so excited to be with you again!! We have a lot to talk about, but first let’s get into something that’s been on my heart.

Take a closer look at the quote attached to this article and pick one sentence that resonates with you the most.

Which one did you pick?

How did it make you feel inside?

During this part of my life’s journey, the words that resonate with me are “Be of service to humanity”.

Yet, for many of us, what resonates is different every single time no matter how many times we examine this quote. As humans, blessed with the ability to both reason AND feel emotions, we instinctively dig deeper to the core of this quote.

The universal truth that our amazing Creator directs us towards every day.

==== LOVE ====

Each statement reveals to us that the application of L-O-V-E in all areas of our lives will elevate our overall sense of wellbeing from struggling to thriving.

For some of us, imbalance originates from a preference to focus more on the areas that give us the highest energy boost. However, the journey to true self discovery requires us to travel through unstable territory.

For example, those of us who put service to others as a priority in our lives must also protect against burnout related to inattention to self-care…including relationships that nourish our soul.

I’ve learned that, although service to others energizes my life, I’m able to do more for others when I’m more aligned with my true self. For me, that alignment begins each day with recognizing the people and experiences for which I’m grateful.

How we balance our energy gives us perspective on accomplishing our goals in life. The foundation for changing our perspective is rooted in the conscious and unconscious daily habits that govern our lives. This simple, yet powerful habit allows me to see my interactions and relationships from a place of thriving versus striving or struggling.

CHALLENGE: A Weekend of Gratitude

  1. Morning Routine: Meditate for upcoming people and experiences that will bring you gratitude.
  2. Afternoon Break: Journal about how those experiences made you feel.
  3. Evening Routine: Visualize the outcomes that your experiences will have on your goals.

For those who are wondering how long you should spend on each task.

Let your heart guide you.

Excited for your empowered self. 🙏🏾
